ElizabethP@wcaomaha.org

The resiliency and strength of the women and families we serve inspires me every day; I love serving as the WCA spokeswoman because I get to help share their stories with our community. I manage the WCA brand, community relations, all press and media relations, social media, advertising, and design work. I have a degree in Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising from Stephens College.

MATT HOPPE

Director of Development

MattH@wcaomaha.org

My career working with nonprofits started somewhat by accident. I was a college senior needing an internship. It didn’t take me long to realize it was where I belonged. A brief stop in corporate America reminded me of my passion for connecting donors with causes and agencies they care about.

SARA ELIASON

Prevention & Education Manager

SaraE@wcaomaha.org

I’m an educator at heart, which led me to my role at the WCA. I go around the Omaha area, giving presentations at organizations, businesses, and in classrooms to increase our community’s awareness of domestic violence and sexual assault. I studied International Relations & Politics at Scripps College, and am currently working towards my Masters of Public Administration at UNO.

JOHANNA JONES

Grants and Compliance Officer

JohannaJ@wcaomaha.org

I am passionate about strengthening and providing hope to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. I enjoy doing research on human trafficking and best practices for domestic violence/sexual assault service agencies. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology/Criminal Justice, with a concentration in Forensic Psychology, from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and I am finishing up my Master’s degree in Criminology/Criminal Justice from UNO as well.
