We are currently hosting support groups and classes online as a precaution due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We will offer a limited amount of groups and classes.

Teen Support Group – Meets Wednesdays from 5:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M.. Supports teens who have experienced sexual assault or dating violence by building a system of support.

Foundations (in English) – Five-week educational group on Mondays from 6:00 P.M. – 7:30 P.M.. Topics cover physical, emotional, financial, family, and sexual safety.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga – Meets Tuesdays from 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. or Thursdays from 5:30 P.M. – 6:30 P.M.. Yoga specifically adapted to the needs of those who have experienced traumatic events with gentle guidance from a specially trained instructor. Yoga en español Wednesdays 4 p.m. – 5 p.m. 

El grupo e apoyo español  –Meets Wednesdays from 9:00-11:00 A.M.  Provides continued to support for women who are in, or have been in abusive relationships or have been sexually assaulted.

Sexual Assault Support Group – Meets Wednesdays from 6:00 P.M. – 7:30 P.M.. Provides continued support for women who have been sexually assaulted.

DBT Group (Dialectical Behavior Therapy: Meets Thursdays 3:00 P.M. – 4:30 P.M. Six session course to help you learn how to build and maintain skills to help keep a healthy relationship with yourself and others. Please contact to register.

Domestic Violence Support Group – Meets Mondays from 6:00 P.M. – 7:30 P.M.. Provides continued support for women who are in, or have been in, abusive relationships. 

Beyond Trauma: A Healing Journey for Women – Seven-week therapy group on Tuesdays from 5:30-7:00 P.M.. The focus of this group is to understand trauma, how it affects women’s lives, and how to heal from it. Please contact to register for this group.

Empowerment – Seven-week psycho-educational/skills group on Tuesdays from 6:00 P.M. – 7:30 P.M.. Provides women with the tools to change patterns of learned behaviors so that they can and will live empowered and emotionally healthy lives. Please contact to register for this group.

Getting Ahead – Nine-week educational group. Meets Tuesdays 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Getting Ahead assists individuals in their efforts to build and maintain healthy families. Please contact to register. 

Healing Writing Workshop – Six-week writing group on Mondays from 6 p.m. – 7:30pm. On our journey to healing, writing and journaling can be powerful tools in addressing trauma of any kind. Writing can help us express encouragement and transformation for ourselves and others. Through the power of the writing group and the basic exercises participants learn, this program provides community with others interested in writing and as well as healing.
