Domestic Violence Support Group – Meets Mondays from 6-7:30 p.m. Provides continued support for those who are in or have been in an abusive relationship.Â
Sexual Assault Support Group – Meets Tuesdays from 6-7:30 p.m. Provides continued support for those who have been sexually assaulted or coerced.
Men’s Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault Support Group – Meets Wednesdays from 6-7:30 p.m.
Trauma-Informed Yoga Classes (all levels welcome)  – Meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month. Trauma-informed yoga aims to provide survivors a safe place to reconnect with their thoughts and body and find internal healing from trauma. The class focuses on gentle movements, breathing exercises and meditation (rather than a muscle-building or cardio workout).Â
