The Women's Center for Advancement's mission is to help women and their families build lives of strength, growth and self-sufficiency.

We believe that the women and families who walk through our doors can become healthy, happy, safe and strong. The WCA provides opportunities to create and take steps on the path toward self-determination and self-sufficiency. We assist women and families, wherever they might be on their journey, in achieving personal, social and economic success. We achieve our mission through a continuum of services that range from crisis safety net services to workshops and seminars that provide a launch pad toward growth and self-fulfillment.

Together with our volunteers, we serve more than 20,000 community residents each year through our agency based programs, crisis hotline, workshop, as well as school based, shelter based and outreach services.
